The ergonomically designed soiled dishtable features a waste trough to remove food wastes automatically by the waste equipment. Behind the waste trough is a rack transfer conveyor (powered or non powered) to carry loaded dishracks to the dishmachine. Above the table is a two tier shelf for cup/glass racks, utilizing the vertical space to the fullest extents.
